Learning Objectives: See Brightspace Examples

Although we do not currently have a specific tool for incorporating learning objectives in Brightspace, you can share course- and unit-level learning objectives in a number of ways. We have some examples on our wiki that are available for you to review.

Purpose: The purpose of this activity is to give you specific examples of how learning objectives and outcomes can be provided to students within your Brightspace course.

Reviewing this material will assist you in meeting the following objectives:

Course
  • Develop an online course that incorporates eight general standards for quality online teaching.
  • Build an online course in the Brightspace learning management system.
  • Design an online course specifically for the education of XULA students.

Module
  • Identify effective ways to share learning objectives in a Brightspace course.
