Academics are required to manifest a great deal of creativity. Teaching, research, service — all may be viewed as a creative acts. Yet we don’t often think in these terms. We invite you to understand creativity as playing a central role in our professional lives. We will dispel unhelpful myths and examine current theories of creativity. A broad array of tips and techniques for enhancing and supporting creativity will be offered. We’ll even take a look at the role of AI in helping or hindering the creative process.
