Learner Support: Take Action
What and Where are the XULA Student Support Services?
Student Support Services are essential to the success of many of your students. Knowing what services are available and how to direct students to them within your course can facilitate their successful navigation through your course.
Learner Support Checklist
As you develop your course in Brightspace, be sure to use this checklist to review how you present student support services throughout your course. This checklist is based on the Quality Matters Specific Review Standards 7.1-7.4.
- ✓ Course instructions articulate or link to a clear description of the technical support offered and how to obtain it.
- ✓ Course instructions articulate or link to the institution’s accessibility policies and services.
- ✓ Course instructions articulate or link to the institution’s academic support services and resources that can help learners succeed in the course.
- ✓ Course instructions articulate or link to the institution’s student services and resources that can help learners succeed.
