If you are unfamiliar with the platform, in addition to being a powerful survey tool, Qualtrics also offers an extremely useful training portal. Through this, you can access help to guide you every step of the way, from basic survey creation to advanced reporting and distribution.  The portal also provides extensive step-by-step instructions and searchable guides. And if you can’t find what you are looking for, you can receive individual support from Qualtrics' customer service for specific issues or troubleshooting.
